Candidate Information Shared With Employers

If you create a searchable profile, apply for a role, express interest in a position or otherwise engage with an employer through the Platform, we may share relevant candidate information with that employer.

Employers must only use candidate information for legitimate recruitment and workforce purposes.

Employer Data Processing Terms

These Employer Data Processing Terms apply when employers, recruiters, clinics, hospitals, corporate healthcare groups, government health services or other organisations access candidate information through Med Jobs Australia.

Employers may use candidate data only for legitimate recruitment and workforce purposes, including reviewing applications, shortlisting candidates, contacting candidates, arranging interviews, verifying employment suitability, conducting workforce planning and making lawful recruitment decisions.

Employers must not use candidate data for unrelated marketing, resale, profiling, harassment, discrimination or any unlawful purpose.

Employers are responsible for complying with applicable privacy laws when collecting, storing, using or disclosing candidate information.

Employers must promptly notify Med Jobs Australia if candidate information obtained through the Platform is subject to unauthorised access, disclosure, loss or misuse.

AI Matching and Automated Decision-Support Notice

Med Jobs Australia may use artificial intelligence, automation, machine learning and workforce analytics to improve healthcare recruitment and workforce matching.

AI tools may assist with matching candidates to jobs, recommending candidates to employers, recommending jobs to candidates, analysing resumes and profiles, identifying possible role fit, benchmarking salary and workforce trends, improving job advertisements, suggesting screening criteria, ranking or sorting applications, detecting platform misuse and improving user experience.

AI outputs are not final decisions. AI recommendations may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or affected by data quality limitations.

Employers must apply human review before making recruitment, shortlisting, interview, hiring, credentialing or employment decisions.

Users may contact Med Jobs Australia if they believe an AI-assisted recommendation or platform output is inaccurate, unfair or inappropriate.

Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid Med Jobs Australia services, including job advertisements, employer subscriptions, premium listings, candidate database access, recruitment marketing services, workforce analytics services and other paid platform features.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Med Jobs Australia does not guarantee a successful hire, candidate applications, candidate responses, interview attendance, job placement, employer responses, candidate quality or workforce outcomes.

Refunds are not provided solely because an employer does not receive suitable applications or a candidate does not secure employment, unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Refund requests must be sent to medjobsaustralia@gmail.com and should include account name, invoice number, service purchased, reason for request and supporting evidence.

Acceptable Use Policy

All users must use the Platform lawfully, responsibly and for legitimate healthcare recruitment or workforce purposes.

Users must not provide false or misleading information, impersonate another person or organisation, misrepresent qualifications, registration, work rights or employment history, upload unlawful or discriminatory content, interfere with system security, attempt unauthorised access, upload malware, scrape or bulk download data without permission, spam candidates or employers, post fake jobs, collect candidate data for non-recruitment purposes, discriminate unlawfully, bypass payment obligations, misuse AI tools, reverse engineer platform technology or breach intellectual property rights.

Med Jobs Australia may remove content, suspend accounts, restrict access, investigate misuse, notify affected users, report serious unlawful conduct to relevant authorities where appropriate and terminate services.

Employer Advertising Policy

This Employer Advertising Policy applies to all job advertisements and employer content posted on Med Jobs Australia.

Employers must ensure job advertisements are accurate, current and not misleading.

Job advertisements must not unlawfully discriminate against candidates.

Med Jobs Australia may reject or remove advertisements that are false or misleading, advertise unlawful pay or conditions, discriminate unlawfully, involve sham contracting, do not represent a genuine role, collect candidate data without genuine recruitment intent, contain offensive or defamatory material, breach healthcare laws or professional requirements, or create reputational or legal risk for the Platform.

Med Jobs Australia may review advertisements, but employers remain fully responsible for the legality, accuracy and fairness of their advertisements.

Candidate Verification Policy

This Candidate Verification Policy explains how Med Jobs Australia may assist with verification of candidate information.

Verification is intended to support trust and workforce compliance but does not replace employer due diligence.

Med Jobs Australia may request or review identity documents, resume details, qualifications, Ahpra registration details, professional licences, work rights information, visa status information, employment history, referee information, police check status, working with children check status, mandatory training, immunisation evidence, professional indemnity insurance, specialist recognition and supervision requirements.

Verification by Med Jobs Australia does not guarantee professional competence, clinical safety, current registration, absence of restrictions, suitability for employment, visa eligibility, credentialing approval, employer acceptance or accuracy of all candidate claims.

Candidates must provide accurate, current and truthful information.

Labour Hire / Locum Disclaimer

Med Jobs Australia is a healthcare recruitment and workforce technology platform.

Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Med Jobs Australia does not employ healthcare workers, supply labour-hire workers, operate as a labour-hire provider, payroll candidates, supervise clinical work, direct clinical duties, determine employment conditions, act as a migration agent or act as a contracting party to locum engagements.

Employers, locum agencies, recruitment agencies and healthcare organisations are responsible for ensuring their arrangements comply with applicable laws.

Before entering any locum, contractor, employee or labour-hire arrangement, users should obtain independent legal, employment, taxation, migration, insurance and professional advice where required.
